I have found my old notebook and scanned it’s contents… Then I’ve seen the ‘My Extreme Self-Care List’ that I made before, last year I think? And I have accomplish 10 out of 19 on the list, hehehe…
[ ] Will eat on time.
[ ] Don’t abuse my body, sleep early if possible.
[ Check! ] Treat and pamper myself!
[ ] Start taking exercise, every day if possible.
[ Check! ] Go out and meet new people.
[ Check! ] Stop hoping and thinking about M. (have done this but now it’s all about P naman).
[ Check! ] Learn to say NO the next time M will invite me out.
[ Check!] Meet old friends
[ Check! ] Have fun, outing or gimiks for once in my life.
[ Check! ] Watch movies alone or with friends.
[ ] Start saving and don’t waste money on not important things
[ Check! ] Talk to my close friends and hang out with them
[ ] Arrange my Cabinet and all my things. – waahhh I still haven’t arrange my things, LOL.
[ ] Read books, inspirational ones.
[ Check! ] Change body clock - I have tried it for a week then back to normal again. I think I am more productive during night time.
[ ] Have some time alone and reflect
[ Check! ] Go to church and attend mass. – Check, but seldom lang ako nakaka-attend ng mass. hehehe..
[ ] Prayer habit. – Check sana but di na lang, coz I just pray whenever I got problems lang hehehe… tsk3..
